Our Farm
Century Gap Farm is a family run farm located in Hope Falls, Hamilton County, New York.
We use natural practices to raise the highest quality Beef, Pork, Lamb, and Chicken, sourced not only from our farm but also from other local farms that uphold the same high standards and practices.
We provide an array of both Pasture Based and Grain-Fed meats, catering to a variety of palate preferences. Our processing is carried out locally by seasoned butchers, who are not only highly skilled but also operate under the stringent supervision of the USDA.

How to Purchase Our Products
Purchasing our products can be conveniently done online using various payment methods, including credit cards. Alternatively, you can choose to utilize cash by selecting C.O.D. at checkout.
We do not currently have a physical retail storefront. However, we are diligently working towards establishing one, with the aspiration of launching it by the spring season of 2024.
How You Will Receive Your Order
We are pleased to offer home delivery services to our valued customers, both within our local vicinity and the Ballston Spa/Clifton Park areas.
For our local customers residing within a 30-mile radius of our farm, we offer complimentary delivery on orders exceeding $35. We strive to ensure your purchases reach you promptly. We will personally reach out to you to coordinate the delivery details.
For our customers in the Ballston Spa and Clifton Park areas, we have scheduled deliveries every Saturday afternoon. We are delighted to offer free delivery on orders over $50. Again, we will be in touch to arrange the specifics.
Alternatively, you are always welcome to collect your orders directly from our farm. Most orders will be prepared and ready for pickup in less than 24 hours.
All of our meats are meticulously frozen and vacuum-sealed for optimal freshness. Whether you opt for delivery or pick-up, if you wish for any part of your order to be thawed and ready for cooking, please do let us know!
At present, we are unable to offer additional shipping options. If you are located outside of our local delivery areas or require alternative arrangements, please don't hesitate to contact us. We are more than willing to accommodate special requests to the best of our ability.
