Pastured Heritage Hardwood Smoked Buckboard Bacon. (Cottage Bacon) Thick sliced. From the Boston butt of the hog.  Buckboard bacon is meatier than the other varieties of bacon. While it can be enjoyed cooked up as is like the other bacons, it is a favorite for using on sandwiches. Frozen and vacuum sealed. Ethically raised on pasture on our Hamilton County farm, without the use of synthetic chemicals, hormones, or antibiotics.
